With more than 15 years of experience, she specializes in kitchen gardening, 5 senses and cottage garden design. While she is an expert in growing herbs, forcing bulbs and branches, container gardens, terrariums and native coastal plants, give her anything and she’ll grow it. Kelly began working at a local nursery as a teenager and fell in love with dirt. She believes gardening is a simple pleasure and should be enjoyed by everyone, let her share how easy it is to grow your own fruits, vegetables, herbs and more!
In 2008 Kelly earned her Master of Science degree in Horticulture from Texas Tech University and moved to Maine from New Jersey. She is a Master Gardener and a freelance writer and photographer for national garden magazines and newspapers. Kelly has also appeared on local television hawking the virtues of horticulture.

Program for the New London NH Garden Club
Suzanne Hammond from New London NH - 09/29/2015 13:36:36
Our members loved her enthusiasm and presentation. Would recommend. She talked on the five senses of gardening and had great suggestions. She bought with her some of her favorite scented plants which were very reasonably priced.
