Susie has practiced and taught yoga for 40 years. She uses easy, practical stretches, bends, twists and breathing throughout every day life but found it particularly beneficial BEFORE, DURING and AFTER gardening to reduce aches, pains and injuries. Her passions for gardening and for yoga are evident in her warm and encouraging style as well as her exceptional ability to make yoga easy and doable for every one of every age! At 68 years young, she now shares how to garden joyfully and healthfully well into our senior years. She teaches yoga for 24 Hr Fitness and Zumba Gold at Custom Bodies Fitness for students 68 to 92! She understands the challenges of gardening as we age and brings her enthusiasm, compassion, knowledge and patience to every presentation.
